Well, okay.
Well, okay, maybe not.

Ben upgraded his Mozilla (Netscape thingee), and now my archives work again. Or at least they show for me; I don't know about other people.

I still might see about MT anyway -- I haven't been able to figure out how to make my archives look pretty since I got greymatter, although I'm sure it's just a lack of trying on my part. I was trying to keep my web-life simple, since my real-life is much more important these days. Plus, Ben's a programmer and keeps saying he's going to teach me CGI, but we still haven't done much with that. :)

I can't decide if I'll actually go anywhere today or do anything. It's kind of wet, and today's my last day of waiting until the potential-job-folks get back from a trade show, so I could know/start as early as tomorrow for that other job. Cross your fingers/toes/whathaveyou for me.

bombshell
When I grow up, I want to be a pin-up girl. (And stop already witht he objectification of women argument. I know, I know. Just let me have my fun, dammit.

I'm still trying to figure out what's up with my archives. And a couple people have written to tell me that my site's showing up as a great big giant blob of symbol/programming characters. So it look slike at least a formatting change, if not a whole big design change, is imminent, if I can ever figure out how to use this computer I'm on.

For news, there's always the other site. I'm thinking I need to do some kind of delineation between what that's used for and what this is used for and what my oft-unused pitas.com site is for. Then again, I need to figure out what I'm doing with my life, too, so this takes kind of a back seat in comparison.

Life in a nutshell: Still haven't smoked. Found that if Ben drops me off in Issiquah on his way to ski at Snoqualmie, I can wander around doing girl things for a good three hours uninterrupted, and can get lots of letters written in front of the Issiquah Target. I'm finally catching up. Excellent job interview #1 for surprisingly not-struggling-dot-com led to excellent second interview for same dot-com. Prospects, according to the all-seeing 8-ball, look good. After seriously offending a girl who could have been my friend here because of my own lack of self-esteem, I've been making a concerted effort to fix that problem by not really caring if I look stupid. As a result, I've been hanging out with people here -- artgirls and strange political people -- and I've made friends. Weird that people should like me.

More, of course, when I figure out what to do with this. Thinking about converting to Moveable Type, since it's an install-once-use-a-zillion-times thing. Any experience with it, anyone?
